Two classical musicians, two iconic palaces, and zero “classical” rules. We started at Palacio da Anunciada for an intimate ceremony under ceilings painted with instruments—a perfect nod to their craft.

Then, we jumped into Ubers and headed to Olissippo Lapa Palace for a reception overlooking the city. My favorite moment wasn’t planned: the pool area was pitch black, so I asked the guests to point their phone lights at the couple. No staging, no professional lighting—just human connection. We followed it up with a “trash the dress” in a Sintra windstorm. Messy hair, cold skin, big hearts.
