The ceremony by the water was perfectly framed by a soft, cloudy sky—the best light for a photographer. The couple surprised us by arriving on a motorcycle! We didn’t see it coming, so I just kept it light and shot the reality: the entourage frantically trying to tuck the bride’s dress in so they could ride off. I’ve been doing this for 14 years, but I never color every wedding the same. I evolve with the couple.
